PADE Technology invites you to experience how AI and optical sensing technologies enable intelligent textile sorting and true garment-to-material recycling—building a complete circular system from used clothing to regenerated resources.
Smart Textile Identification and Sorting
PADE’s advanced AI + NIR (Near-Infrared) material recognition technology can instantly identify and sort textiles by fiber type, including:
- Cotton
- Polyester
- Wool
- Acetate
- and other common fibers
Our large-scale intelligent sorting system, TX5000N, is capable of processing up to 2.64 million garments per year, delivering carbon reduction benefits of up to 89,000 tons of CO₂e annually.
With the ability to recognize 6+1 common fiber types simultaneously, materials can be classified within seconds, improving recycling accuracy and enabling high-value textile regeneration.
